In the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Contest 4 invites designers from around the world to brand the World Cup ball! Right now, all eyes are on the World Cup matches and where there are eyeballs (of passionate sports fans) there are brands of large corporations paying big bucks to splash their branding across team jerseys. What if these businesses decided to sponsor the actual ball used during play? This could be an enticing option with 90-minutes of exposure.
DesignCrowd invites the world's best designers to re-brand the ball, imagining what it would look like if it were sponsored by a global brand such as BP, McDonald’s, Apple or Coca-Cola. Your design could spark a debate over whether or not the design of the next World Cup ball should be up for grabs.
