Brochure Design Brief

We are an education provider located in Sydney, Australia. We offer training courses in Business, Hospitality, Tourism and also English language courses. Our students are young adults - average age 24 - from many different countries.
We are after a A4 size presentation folder to hold all our course flyers, price lists, special offers etc. The folder will have one pocket on inside right with slits for business card. We want full colour printing throughout.
The finished product will be displayed on brochure stands (along with loads of competitor brochures) in our representative offices around the world.
We need the four-page full-colour design to be print ready.

* Our logos
* Our old brochure showing our location map on the last page
* Some of our current flyers in use
* Folder template - not sure if its useable though
