Flyer Design Brief

Let's make this real simple- it's a 4"W x 11"L door hanger, full color front and back with a perforation 2" from the bottom. I'm dividing it into 4 categories so you know what I'm specifically looking for in each area.

BODY FRONT (4"W x 9"L) [remember the die cut towards the top!]

BOTTOM FRONT (4"W x 2"L)

BODY BACK (4"W x 9"L) [remember the die cut towards the top!]

BOTTOM BACK (4"W x 2"L)

I want the BODY FRONT to be jet black with our logo in the center. You can find it on the backside of our business card which has been uploaded.

I want the BOTTOM FRONT to be the backside of our business card.

I want the BOTTOM BACK to as closely look like the front of my business card as possible. There's only a .5" difference on width, so it shouldn't be too hard to accomplish.

I want the BODY BACK to have pictures/illustrations/etc (BE CREATIVE) of what we are offering in our promotion (Ipad Mini, 32" Flat Screen TV, 1 Year Home Warranty) and to continue with the black background to keep the overall integrity and continuity.

I also want the BODY BACK to contain the following information somehow:
