Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a complete image overhaul for an existing company. They train electricians and contractors to take exams for electrical licensing and certification. They're a company that has been around for 30 years, but are looking for an updated look -- including their website. The logo should be bold but simple. We would prefer the more current, flat design over 3-dimensionality (so avoid glassy surfaces, rolled edges, shadows, etc.)

In the logo text below, the first 3 words -- Electrical Exam Seminars(tm) --should be more prominent than the following 4 words -- powered by Omniplex Corporation.

And of course the "(tm)" indicates a TM (Trademark).
