Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company in Australia called 'InterProperty'.

Australians preference is to invest in property, but for most it is a daunting task that seems confusing, too risky and out of their reach due to their lack of knowledge. InterProperty is designed to help Australians find property customised to their investment goals.

Surprisingly, most investors purchase their investment property within a 10km radius of their own house, thereby not actually investing in the optimum area to capitalise on their investment. InterProperty's point of difference is that it helps investors identify property outside of areas they are familiar with, typically interstate.

InterProperty, unlike buyers advocates, is completely Independent (no kick-backs from developers).

The investors we help will likely be 'Mum & Dad' investors, so our personality is one that will be approachable and trustworthy.

We would ideally like the logo design to:
* include a visual link to Australia (not mandatory)
* be friendly/approachable
* represent a company that is boutique (non-corporate)
* include any/all of the colours: blue, white, orange (see 'The Australian' logo/website for reference)
* be modern
