Brochure Design Brief

I would like a 4 page brochure that:

- incorporates the Cellchk brand (logo, design, colours)
- utilises the key messages portrayed on the Website (www.cellchk.com)
- this product accurately provides a tissue sample that can be tested to detect cancer
- i want some innovative graphics and designs that incorporate the brand.

- Page 1 - Front Page design
- Page 2 - Introduction - please use this article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8205769.stm) About the Product, How to use (www.cellchk.com)
- Page 3 - Faqs/ benefits
- Page 4 - One Page Advert - to demonstrate the product and the benefits including order numbers (see the attached cell sampler pdf - I would similar content but a radically better design)

End files to be delivered so that they can be edited in Photoshop and in JPG/PDF.
All individual files to be also supplied in png.jpg format.
