Logo Design Brief

Hello,
I am opening up a language school in the south of France and need help on creating a logo that reflects the core values of our company, reflects characteristics about this region and is not too conservative; looking for a fun looking logo that reflects the culture we'll encourage at our school.

As things that the logo should have:
- A globe to signal the international nature of our business and clients
- People holding or shaking hands signaling the union of people through languages
- Maybe some playful sun rays on a portion of the Globe (upper left quarter?)as that's typical in the city of Montpellier
- The word MILI (in black) contouring the bottom of the Globe and the full name of the school in smaller letters underneath MILI as 'Montpellier International Language Intitute'

I like the abstract design I attached in the file as the starter with the following changes:
1. No Background color. Right now it is in Yellow
Change the Globe color from Purple to solid Black
2. Change the color of the person in Pink to Red
3. Add the name of our school at the bottom as MILI (in black) with the dot in the last "I" in green (identifying our environment conscious approach to this business)
4. At the bottom of the word MILI and in small letters and in black, add the full name of our school: Montpellier International Language Institute
