Web Design Brief

We need a logo and new website design to promote our vacation rental management software. We sell the software to property owners and management company. We have existing website www.vrbookings.com at the moment but it is need of upgrading. The goal is make it more professional looking and to put the emphasis on marketing the software.

Html + Css code is needed, the website must have responsive layout.
The logo must be composed by the brand "VRBookings" and eventually an image related to Vacation Rental Management

The pages that we need are the following:
1) Home Page
- must be highlighted the 2 main categories of customers (Direct Owners and Agencies/Portals)
- there must be a section where we can highlight some products, i.e. the latest or the most relevant
- there must be an introductive text
2) Page for a category of customer (owner or agency/portal)
- based on the page http://www.vrbookings.com/owners/ or http://www.vrbookings.com/agencies/, this page must highlight all the products available for the category selected, but must be more attractive then the existing ones (that have just text)
3) Single product page
- in that page must be explained a single product, a page example is this one: http://www.vrbookings.com/owners/vacation-rental-website.html
4) Portfolio page
5) Contact page, with a contact form style
