What size of Brochure and Banner that should be submit, also the type of file is .psd or .ai /.esp

The banner will be 8 feet width x 4 feet high. We need the design to be sizeable so we could use for different applications keeping the same proportions. This banner will be to advertise the project on the building site.

The brouchure size I will leave it to the designer based on the amount of information. I prefer stardard size.

I prefer psd.

I removed the cup of tea and I replaced it by two other pics for community (workshop and gradpa and kids)

Hi, do you want us to use the stock photos in the banner, too, or are those just for the brochure? Since people only have 3 seconds to look at the banner I figured adding pictures of people (plus the site) might make the image too busy.. But please let us know what you prefer, thanks

The building pics are for the banner, the rest for the brochure.
