Business Card Design Brief

Want a sharp cutting edge business card with my DG Logo on it plus a picture of me, attached except cropped to a head shot, please. On back of card I want some art work with a baseball on fire and half of the baseball the world going through a baseball glove with this saying, "Get your GLOVE UP! Catch the FIRE!" I need my address, phone etc. on card also but wasn't sure if I am to send this now.
