Flyer Design Brief

We would like a Tri Fold Flyer that represents our unique business. Needs to flow. By this I mean the way the flyer folds out the messages need to flow correctly into the next page, be well balanced. bright and colourful and be very effective at getting our USP across.
I have tried O desk before and was not happy with the outcome hence again sceptical about going down this similar path.
I have attached some of the content in the two screen shots.
