Flyer Design Brief

I need an eye-catching flyer designed which showcases some key benefits on my product and entices the viewer to purchase. The target market would be university students, and I would like for an image of an owl to be used somewhere on the flyer.

I may also like to use a discount code for 5% off, though im not certain at the moment.
