Poster Design Brief

We are a beach club ( www. y a s b e a c h.ae) and we need a sign design to replace the one we currently have (pictured) which is getting old.

Please bear in mind the following details:
1 - This is the first thing guests see before they arrive at reception and therefore must shape their expectations for the pricing and rules/regulations of the club.
2 - The poster is in direct sunlight for at least 14 hours a day and so we would want any design to be as fade-resistant as possible in the choice of colors - darker colors fade less than brighter ones.
3 - The poster is 5.1m wide and 2.6m high. It will be printed on thick canvas.

I have attached a design of an internal sign we have for rules and regulations to give you an idea of the style we prefer. We do not need this sign to be in arabic.

We need the sign to convey the following information, the layout can be however you like:

Please Adhere to the Rules at ALL times:
No Swimming when the red flag is raised
No Swimming near the rocks, breakwater or outside the safe zone
No Swimming after sunset
All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear
Children are the responsibility of accompanying adults
Outside food & drink are prohibited
Please comply with staff instructions at all times
Respect the beach and help us to keep it clean
All guests enter the beach at their own risk

Along the bottom should be:
Management Accepts no Liability for any loss or injury suffered - Use of the Beach is strictly at your own risk

All of our contact details (instagram, email, website, twitter, bbm, kik etc) should be as the new sign in the photo and placed in a similar manner (20140521_104544.jpg)
