T-shirt Design Brief

Fun design that emulates good times, summer, partying, drinking, and laughs all while on a boat! This will be the 4th annual get together of a large group of adult friends that spend a weekend together at a lake on a boat celebrating life and good times. Design should include the following words "WTCN" and the phrase "On a Boat Man", plus the year "2014" and that it's the "4th Annual". Limit design to two (2) colors!!
