Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company that specializes in giving seminars and offering coaching sessions to groups of professionals. The company name is: e4 Strategies. We're open to ideas on the 'e4' - could be a capital or lowercase e, the four could be superscript or in line, etc.

Our colors are primarily in the black, white, grey and dark/forest green family. Prefer an all text logo at the moment but open to ideas for a small graphic.

Final design should communicate professionalism (our target market is professionals in transition such as professional athletes who are retiring, mid-level management that is moving up, entrepreneurs who are starting a new career). The design should feel established but modern.
