This is all new to me. I was under the impression that I could get inner pages as well. Is this not allowed?
If the project here are only main page designs than thats ok. What are your recommendations to get those other pages done in the future as well?

Here the designs are mainly & Primarily made as psd. format. Dont worry. This the normal work procedure we designers do.
