The contest is over? No feedback?

In brief update it says "Thanks to all of you who submitted designs for our logo. We had a very difficult decision to make and in the end chose a design that we felt works the best with what we are trying to accomplish. This contest is over."

But contest is still in deciding stage and no winner has been chosen? It even shows that participation payments are still available...

I'm confused...
