Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our medical equipment company. We develop a full suite of medical imaging and diagnostic equipment. Additionally, we establish small medical outposts.
Our market is focused on emerging, developing, remote and rural regions throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America. These regions are typically under serviced due to funding and population. Coremed supports the vision that all patients should benefit from basic patient services by providing solutions and equipment that are effective and efficient.
We would like to see designs that are very clean, simple and easily recognizable. They should be easy to read when reduced to one inch in size because they will be on the medical equipment we manufacture. With no company slogan, incorporating the medical symbol (+) or ensuring the word "Med" is clear, would assist in recognizing the industry we are in. We would like to use the color's navy blue and red but also a design that would work in one color (such as silver) is important.
The final design should communicate innovative and promising new frontiers in medical technology.
