I''m not sure what you mean by programming.  I want website files delivered to me that I can upload as my website to my hosting site which is asmallorange.  Or can you upload to asmallorange for me?

Hi,

Designers questions was to make it clear that you need just the pages to be designed and delivered as a designed file ( Photoshop) or you want fully functional webpage it means Design and coded (HTML working files).

Hi,

Got it, I read your brief you mentioned that you want to change the content easily, it means you want a dynamic website, unfortunately the budget attached is too low for hard coding like that, but I can make a responsive "HTML" website which is static not dynamic and if you want to change some lines ( with the dates you provided from time to time) I can do it for you, if its OK please let me know to work on it.

I''m not sure the difference between dynamic and static.  The changes I would want to be able to make are things like names and phone numbers and maybe edit some text.  I''m not talking about reformatting the pages.  Does that make sense?  Those are things I could easily change within the HTML correct?
