Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for my webstore. We sell cider-making supplies and cider nursery trees. I am looking for a logo that would speak to a health conscience and organic customer base. The design I have included I would like to change so that the apple has a stylized apple press inset into the red apple with "Heritage Cider Supply" somewhere near. I will use this logo on my website and on print and possibly shirts and labels moving forward.
