Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design catered towards real estate agents to let them know about our awesome services so that we are their first choice when choosing an escrow company for their clients.

We have recently opened a new office that is centrally located to both the Los Angeles valley areas, and Ventura County. Established in 1987.

Areas to highlight are:
Full Service Escrow including: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, multi-family, Tract Sales, Short Sales and 1031 Exchanges.
Friendly and Customer experience focused
Escrow officers with over 25 years experience
Same day escrow instructions
Broker checks same day
Direct access to escrow agents
English / Spanish

The design should communicate customer service focus, fast service, reliability and accessibility towards agents and clients.

The details of my brief are designed to give an overview of the messaging I want to communicate, not necessarily word for word.  Business information should not include any singe person's contact details, only important info such as address and phone.  I'm most likely looking for a quarter page that is two sided with the business logo as a stand alone on one side.
