Icon Design Brief

We have a new App which runs on the Android platform We need an icon for the App and design / logo / branding for a single web page. We are able to build the web page but need help with the logo/icon for the App and the web page. We have chosen the brand name VoiceTurn. The App allows the user to enter one language and it will translate to another language plus speak it in the selected language. The Android App needs the Icon plus the splash screen & background screen. Thanks
