Packaging Design Brief

Brand

To design a label based around Australia’s famous bush ranger Ned Kelly called Kelly’s Patch.

Imagery for the label could be an abstract image of Ned’s armour of even of himself or we are open to other possibilities ranging from a traditional label to a more contemporary look and feel.

Images should not include guns and imagery used must be free of copyright.

Designs should be able to be printed by the standard 4 colour print process. As this is not an expensive product there will be no expensive label fiunishes such as gold foil or embossing

The range

The range of wines will consist of a 2011 Shiraz, 2012 Sauvignon Blanc and 2011 Chardonnay.

Market

The primary market for these wines is Ireland with the price range being in the $10-15 bracket. The wines will be available in independent retail shops and restaurants

Kelly’s Patch is our vineyard named after the Kelly family, whose homestead stood here long before the vines were planted.
Our Kelly’s Patch Shiraz is bold and full of flavour. Plums, cassis, chocolate and spice intermingle on the nose and palate, resulting in a full bodied, vibrant wine. Enjoy with a spirit of adventure and a hearty beef stew.
