Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our research team (named GReAT). We develop antivirus software and services. GReAT do very important analytic work, so the logo should be simple, "flat" and creative. It should look good on screen and printed as well. It should be readable if you minimize it and if you fill it with only 1 color.
The main idea to follow - a strong and beautiful animal like lion, tiger, wolf or dragon. Try to "mix" it with a symbol like a sword and a book.
