I am in need of a Fact Sheet to distribute to clients about my new hotel opening in October 2012.
It can be single or double sided.
I can provide 4 existing photos of show rooms
and example of our hotel's story (we are not to keen on the "story presentation" as it currently exists)
I can provide Brand spec logos as well
Suggested Verbiage will be provided
Updates
I have uploaded examples of Fact Sheets from other properties; fyi I do not think that the examples are as detailed as they should be however, I do like the feel of the bold colors, etc.
I have also uploaded a few pictures of room that may be used at your discretion
I have uploaded Global Logo's (I have another project that is being worked to modify the logo with area indicator); I will forward any updated logos as soon as possible.
Please remember Bold and Upscale when designing.
I will extend the deadline
