Designing and coding are two different types of work, usually performed by different people.

Coding means implementing design (drawing) into a website. The design is normally submitted in a PSD file, which is later used by a coder in the implementing process.

I think you should try to get the design first, and then run another (separate) contest for coding.

Anyway, if you decide that this contest is for design only, let me know and I will submit my design.
