Any preference on style? Meaning are you looking for something obviously Texas/Western in terms of the font style or perhaps something more modern? Up to designer?

Yes, we have a bit of a Texas/Western them but I do want the text to be readable on signs from a distance.

The inside of the office is decorated with a heavy western/country feel and we buy and sell lots of pickup trucks..
