What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

HI, Would love some feedback on my design, also if you can let me know how you package your soaps, that would help with size and shape of design. Are they round, rectangle? Wrapped in brown paper? Will you print on the wrapping or use a label? or a tag? Some shapes work better than others depending on what you need. So if you like where my design is going but need any edits, please let me know
