Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new company - elliss real estate

Im a 13 year sales person in the eastern suburbs of Perth Western Australia - finally going it alone. I've very proud of my repeat customer track record, and value the friendships i've made through this career. Whilst i will predominantly being focusing on residential real estate sales, I'm pretty good at analysis of peoples financial situation and finding a property investment type and strategy that suits them, then sourcing their next purchase. I have a strong personal background in investing in residential sub division and small building developments. I was considering a tag line like "sales, marketing & investing" - you can use it , change it or lose it.

I'd love the eventual core design and colour to be visable on a property signboard from a distance - think a For Sale sign on a property 100m away.

My favourite colours are dark blue and blue, and i tend to like using Calibri as a font whenever i'm putting brouchures or marketing together.

I have had a play around, see below link using the e of Elliss, although I am sure you guys can do a lot better.

I'd like the design obviously to include the company name, but also portray the growing investment aspect of my work.
