Brochure Design Brief

I need a brochure designed that will give prospective clients and prospective referring providers (such as doctors) an initial understanding of our practice which is a wellness center that includes progressive Physical Therapy, manual therapy (like massage but more comprehensive and holistic), nutritional wellness, natural lifestyle coaching, and community education in healthy living. In the brochure, I would love to have our logo displayed as well as ample room for copy and possibly some photos (or not).
