Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our new software platform called "Inter$hare". This is a software that helps banks, credit card companies, bank customers track/share/profit from credit card fees charged at retailers like Walmart. The industry calls these fees "Interchange Fee" and we have built a solution to share these fees. This logo needs to be very professional in presentation for the finance sector. (No cartoonish type logos)
