Poster Design Brief

Poster for a Bicycle show/Expo

We need a poster for a Bicycle show/Expo and sustainable transport. Exhibitors will sell bikes, cycling clothing, accessories, etc. ...
This show is annual and the Poster is for the 2015 edition.

The style must be modern, dynamic, bright colors.

Your concept must be compatible in a landscape format. (We will ourselves adaptations of different formats.)
Width: 210 mm
Height: 297 mm
It's necessary for us to have the source file (vector) for make, later, the different format (flyers, website, ...)

Content of the Poster:
- 1 big picture (no clip art)
- Big title: « Salon du Vélo » (« Salon » or « Salon du » can be small and « Vélo » big.)
- Subtitle: « et de la mobilité douce »
- Date: « 8, 9 et 10 mai 2015 » or « 8-10 mai 2015 »
- Place: « Halle CFF - Gare de Morges »
- Text line 1: « www.salon-du-velo.ch - Entrée gratuite »
- Text line 2« Piste d’essais - Restauration sur place »
- Text line 3: « Ve 8 mai de 17h à 21h - Sa 9 mai de 10h à 20h - Di 10 mai de 10h à 18h »
- Please, leave a zone in the poster for sponsors logos
(The predominant information (most visible) are: « Salon du Vélo » and « 8, 9 et 10 mai 2015 or 8-10 mai 2015 »)

Content of the big picture:
- from a cheap stock, like 123RF.com
- a bicycle in action or a detail of a bicycle (or a accessory) (no race bike)
- a modern picture with bright colors.
- if a person is on the picture, we prefer a men
- not an aerial view with cyclists in a landscape.
