Graphic Design Brief

Need a logo design for a roofing company based out of Miami Florida. The company has been around for over 20 years but we're looking to rebrand.
I'd like to keep a color scheme that reflects the old company but at the same time shows that we're maturing, becoming more professional, and are higher tech.
