Not sure what that means as this is the first time we've used Design Crowd.

If you mean guarantee that we will use one of the designs submitted, then I'm afraid not. As a not-for-profit organisation our board will ultimately decide which (if any) design we use and if they decline to use any of those submitted I'm afraid that's out of our hands.
