Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based is Sydney Olympic Park called Faubourg 24.
we are mainly an architecture and design firm. recently we have incorporated a project management section that deals with projects under construction.
we would like to see designs that uses shades of grey and possibility of incorporating 1 additional colour like a blue or green
we need the logo to look good in monochromatic or grey printing.
the logo has to communicate innovation, creativity and urban feel as the name Faubourg is French for suburb.
attached is our old logo (done in-house)
