Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo designing for a new company we are opening in the USA.

I have attached some draft logos we have had created (Our director was not keen on them) I have also attached our logo for our UK operation and an example of a new brochure we are working on.

I would like to see with and with out the strap line which is.
