Need a newspaper ad of size 24 cm H X 16 cm W for my toy rental library- Toypedia

Toy Libraries are a new concept in India & so consumers need to be introduced to this concept through the ad.

The ad should communicate the following things

1. Why buy toys when you can rent a new one every week?
2. Our large collection of toys, games & puzzles (1000+ items)
3. Our collection is based on the Multiple Intelligence Theory of Dr. Howard Gardner which says there are 8 intelligence areas.
4. Customers have the convenience of ordering online & getting home delivery or they could simply walk into to our library to borrow toys.
