Since there's 2 files to create, a brochure and flyer.......is is ok to create a flyer first to give you and idea of the general look to your marketing material??? That way, a lot of time is better spend proving with the creative materials you need.

Yes, that is fine.  But I do want to have different looks and visual appeal. We need to use the language that is in the new revesions black and white down load and and back sided of flyer content that has not pictures.  Let''s use this text in both the new flyer and new brochure.  Keeping the business return reply layout can remain same for brochure. Look forward  to seeing your work.
