Book Cover Design Brief
I need help with book cover design, 5 inch x 5 inch return label, letterhead and business card design.
Book will be 5.25 inches wide and 8 inches tall. Publisher needs one pdf for the book cover encompassing the front, back, bleed and spine. Book will have approximately 115 pages. Pdf needs to be 8.25 inches tall, 11 inches wide, .125 left bleed, .125 right bleed, .26 spine. Attached is additional information that will help you understand the general cover requirements.
My industry is retail real estate. I have attached one idea for cover layout & my logo. I have also attached 3 sample property images that could be helpful for background. I am looking for a crisp and simple look. Perhaps background image can be black and while and have a subtle appearance. I am also open to no background image.
