Postcard Design Brief

We are a small Bar & Bistro that specializes in Napolitano and Artisan pizzas. We have a full bar with an emphasis on craft cocktails, scotch, bourbon and whisk(e)y. Our theme and decor is a reflection of a Speakeasy or Prohibition Era. This postcard is to be used to market and promote our "Late Night Happy Hour." Our cocktail list includes Prohibition libations such as the Sazerac, Vesper, Old Fashion and the Sidecar.


Photos 1-4 are our logo, pizza oven and interior photos. I don't need both interior photos, only one will be fine. But the logo and pizza oven photo are a must. I also need to showcase the fact that we are pouring cocktails. Not so much beer and wine, but would like to see a Manhattan or an Old Fashion photo up there.

The other photos are just stock photos I pulled from the internet that I felt best describes the feel of our restaurant/bar. I want this to have a dark, masculine, 1920's, vintage, speakeasy, prohibition, sexy, sultry, blues, exclusive feel. I want to attract the late night crowd, and the service industry people as well. I was thinking of adding, "Where the Hospitality Industry Professionals get waited on"

We have a Baby Grand Piano as well, so live music is a big thing for us attracting our late night crowd.

Nice to have

• Colors: I would like to see are black, copper, mahogany, rich browns, sepia tones, maybe even some golds. I am definitely open though on any creative ideas that are eye catching and go along with the theme.
