Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an organization called "Auto Repair Arizona". We are a group of independent auto repair facilities that pool marketing $ to promote our "buisness listing" website (autorepairarizona.com) in order to drive customers to our individual locations.
The website can be used for informational purposes but will ultimately be branded with the logo you create.
Our organization is associated with NAPA Auto Care (a division of NAPA Auto Parts) who provide us structure and resources.
We want our logo and identity to be independent, dis-similar, of the NAPA Auto Care Logo (see napaautocare.com) but would like some of the "flavor" of the NAPA Auto Care program to carry into our identity. An indication that we are NAPA Auto Care centers portrayed in the logo somehow would be great if possible.
We are not looking for a "cartoonish" logo. Something modern and clean.
It may be difficult to do but it needs to communicate:
1) That we are a listing of Best Automotive Shops
2) Backed and Supported by the NAPA Auto Parts Company (more specifically, the NAPA Auto Care brand)
3) Colors can (maybe should) be Blue, Yellow, Silver, Black.

Target Market(s)

60% female/40% male looking for an honest independently owned automotive repair facility that is comparable in quality to a Dealership (manufacturer) but provides personalized service.
Customer's age would be 40-60.
