Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that will serve as the title graphic and branding graphic for "Ready, Set, Snap!".

Ready, Set, Snap is an internet TV show designed to teach photography in an entertaining and memorable way. Each weekly episode is only five minutes in length. Each show is based upon an interesting story of a person, family, or charity. The host visits their home or place of operation and connects the story of their situation to an easy to remember photography tip from the pros.

We need the logo to reflect a hip, stylish, sophisticated feel. We want the logo to create the feeling that this show is creative, professional, and accessible. We do not want a technical looking logo which will intimidate potential viewers. A key factor in our decision will be the ability to CLEVERLY integrate a connection to photography into the design. Try to avoid cliches or predictability.

The website is black. Although colors are acceptable, we do not want an overly colorful look. The logo must present on a black background.

The target audience is everyday families, and people who love to take photos but will not read the manual or take lessons. Children, teens, and adults will enjoy and benefit from the show.
