Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new company based in PA called
"Five Rocks LLC"
We do consulting for the retail financial services industries. As well, we do management development seminars, motivational seminars and development and management of new revenue streams.
We like the colors blue, green, platinum/silver, and white.
The final design should play on the "Five Rocks" theme/imagery..it should emit confidence, relevance and performance.
