Should I receive a design that fit our requirements I am certainly willing to release payment for it, however based on the options for this sight I prefer not to mark it "payment guaranteed" at this point because in the past I have had projects where I did not receive a suitable design.  If this would preclude you from participating in my design I certainly understand and would respect your decision not to participate.  Thank you for sending the message, it is my hope that you would submit and perhaps we can develop from there.

Unfortunately i will have to respectfully sit this one out.
I understand where you coming from and I cant say i know what went wrong with your last projects. What i can say is that if you want to attract experienced designers willing to commit their time to your project then you will have to guarantee the project payment, basically all this means is that you are committed to keep the project within designcrowd.

In fact Payment guarantee doesn't guarantee anything else than a prize really exists.

Thank you for your interest in our project.  Unfortunately the way it is explained is that if I "guarantee payment" that means that I either accept a design from designcrowd or lose my money.  If your design is the one I like then you will receive the money.  I do however understand that there is a risk for designers to submit and not get chosen; however that is the plus/minus for DesignCrowd.

I just want to clarify that it’s correct, you would have to choose a design submitted on DesignCrowd. But not any design, you can extend the deadline, ask revisions and wait for a design you like, you only pay after the deliverables have been reviewed by you.
Anyhow, I just wanted to clarify this.
