Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called Crossbeam Consulting. This firm provides business management and executive assistant support to C-level executives. Crossbeam "supports" your business needs. The word BEAM in the title should reflect the cross of BM & EA (see uploaded file). In the uploaded file, we are looking for a similar color scheme though richer and deeper for more impact. And the cross arrows need to look more polished (open to other ideas than arrows, but want to emphasize the relationship between BM & EA.
