Logo Design Brief

We are a new technology start up, who’s aim and vision is to radically change the way that businesses interact with foreign exchange providers and to increase the tools available to make more informed and objective decisions about hedging their foreign currency exposure.

We are a business that is looking to offer our customers a platform or “dashboard” that links to peoples accounting systems as well as to their banking providers and provides simple, visual tools to assist with decisions around “hedging”. (Hedging is a commonly used tool to assist companies with foreign currency exposures by reducing uncertainty of future market movements).

Our target market will be primarily a small to medium sized business that import and export goods and services. We will be dealing directly with CFO’s and other managers within the business and therefore the logo must appeal to this type of person i.e. professional, accounting background but also they will likely be early adopters and embrace new technology.

The business brand needs to speak credibility but it MUST speak of innovation, cutting edge technology.

We need the logo to have the ability to change the name to com.au, co.uk, .ca etc. in the future. We are open to any designs, colours or styles but likely we will have a white background on website. We would like to have some type of graphic incorporated in to the design.

This design will be used as the basis for everything from website through to stationary, business cards etc.
