First of all i want to thank you for sending me an invite to work on your project, I really like this project and wanted to work on it.
I just read your comments above and need to clarify that DesignCrowd is for Design only, design is what DesignCrowd is all about. Not development.

As a designer at Modulus Web Design, i can have your design be implemented in a Wordpress theme and even have it fully developed and installed for you, but we cannot do this within the current budget.
Developing a Wordpress theme, or a Joomla theme (which for me is the best CMS out there, hands down) requires allot of coding, time, commitment and team work.

I am sure you want an advanced solution that will not only look good but work well, a solution that is a tool and not just "a website" , a platform that include SEO tools, Marketing tools, security amongst other features, but for this to be possible we need to revisit the budget issue.

My suggestion would be to keep the current budget and take care of the design, once we have a clear path for the design then we can start talking about development and what it would take to get there.
