Graphic Design Brief

Hi Harry,
You recently worked on a design for my logo and was subsequently awarded payment for it. I have been attempting to get a designer in Sydney to work on this further but unfortunately they do not seem to have the same understanding of the project as you. I was impressed with your designs but need to see some more options re. the fonts as it currently looks a little "cutesy" and young.
I liked the house icon - prefer the one with the windows and was impressed with the by-line that you came up with.
Also need to work on the colours. This initially will be used on stationery and flyers then on uniforms which will consist of an apron in a stone/khaki colour. Was initially thinking of the logo to be a blue/green and white with a touch of pink/apricot to reflect the fact that this is an all female business - which is our point of difference. However, I am open to your thoughts.
I have attached the original brief and the designs you submitted. I have some other images that I would like to email to you to give you further thoughts on the colourways, but I need to email these rather than upload them if possible?
I am on a tight deadline - need to get this finalised ASAP. Once this is complete I need a flyer designing which I will forward the copy and images to you and set up a separate brief. It will probably take the form of an A4 gatefold/concertina to DL.
