Yes,
We like where you have gone with the circle, fits with the engineering theme for our menu. However, try and reposition it a bit, maybe between the words. We are also going to be using it for things other than just the website. like vinyl on a window etc.
Secondly, maybe a few variations on the circle itself.
Budget has increased too, by another 100.
