Web Design Brief

startup details: The Startup is called "SideOps" (www.sideops.com) which is an application hosting and support company that deals with corporate and legal clients around data storage and data exploration. We utilize 3rd party data centres to host these applications for our clients. The hardware and software providers are leaders in their respective domains.

To produce the following for a new technology Startup:

website design (in Joomla CMS)
logo

We would like the designer to produce all the following in the same style (included are some logos produced for the company that we like but by no means stay with this logo design), the style should be the same across all documents and sites.

The web design should be clean and crisp (no clutter), modern and sophisticated, but edgy - it should be different from existing sites and clear to our clients. The style of the site should reflect a high technological focus of the company.
The current website is up as a placeholder rather than a style to follow. The website should be finished in a joomla template to install in the current web server, as well as being able to add content as required.
